Mr. Smith founded My Digital Link, Inc., in 2007 after researching emerging technologies that were poised to offer unparalleled advances in data center solutions for today’s networked companies. Mr. Smith has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from RIT and has held numerous management-level positions at technology companies across the county. His background spans new business development, sales engineering, field applications engineering, and key account management at companies that include New Tech Solutions, Bell Micro, and Quality Components. His expertise includes building multi-million dollar sales teams in the components and integration design field, managing total customer solutions, as well as computer and storage systems.

Mr. Erwin is an experienced field applications engineer and sales management professional with proven capabilities in building, coaching, and motivating sales and account teams. Mr. Erwin has won numerous global sales awards and has produced outstanding results measured in terms of improvements to the customer’s bottom line. His solutions sales and engineering background includes OEMs, Systems Integrators, Enterprise Software, and Corporate IT applications in Healthcare Informatics, Physicians Archives and Communications (PACS), Electronic Medical Records Systems, Digital Production Printing, Digital Theater, Digital Signage, Cloud Computing, Client Mobility, and RFID. Mr. Erwin received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from RIT.
